      Pros

      The only pros were free fruit and lunches.

      Cons

      There was a lot of harassment and sexism. Poor management. Lots of office politics such as not allowing certain benefits to a select group of employees. A lot of confidential information about employees was shared by the HR dept. Was told by several employees to keep a particular manager on good side otherwise they would make your life miserable.

      Genesys and ININ culture are a great fit. Combined product portfolio has the company positioned as the undisputed leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. Renewed focus on PureConnect (CIC/CaaS) gives the Indy office a bright future. Nothing better than being on a winning team!

      Cons

      Typical integration pains associated with a merger of this size, but management genuinely focused on making things as smooth as possible.
