      Pros

      The initial training is very good, new employees get certified in the product as part of this training. There is a real global feel and the different regions work well together. Collaboration is encouraged and management are in tune with what's going on. Every now and there you get a piece of merchandise or a freebie day off which is a very nice surprise.

      Cons

      The Ireland office doesn't have the bells and whistle benefits as some of the big hitters such as flexitime, a sport and social or working from home policies. But this is due to it being a new office, I'm sure this will change with time as the office grows.
