      Pros

      Great people, excellent developers - an Indianapolis landmark that helped build the technology community and seed other startups. Very good agile development culture in many areas. Has a visionary/aspirational view of contact center technology markets, and they love their customers.

      Cons

      Interactive was a very strongly developer-centered culture - not customer-centric. Product planning was reactive with short horizons, marketing was often an afterthought, with weak cross-department communications.

      Overall the quality of the engineers is high.

      Cons

      Development is run by an informal old-boy network. If you aren't part of it, you'll feel irrelevant. The real lines of authority and influence don't follow the Org chart.
