Pros

Technology is at the forefront of innovation and will continue to be that way with heavy R&D investment. Lots of great, genuinely nice people that make the day-to-day work life fun, interesting and motivating. The company has a solid strategic direction moving forward which is helping employees to focus.

Cons

Although it's well-founded that the company continues to refine its processes in order to improve, they change often enough that it's occasionally hard to stay current; compounding the issue is the constant bombardment of information which makes it difficult to extract important details and priorities.

Genesys is pivoting to become a true SaaS/CCaaS organization in products, people and technology internally & externally. Truly understands the definition of agility and being nimble. If you are looking for an organization that makes a difference, Genesys is the one for you. Moving fast and being nimble is the focus and this provides a multitude of opportunities within the organization.

Cons

Change is constant in this environment as they pivot to become a true SaaS organization and maintain leadership in the market. Must be able to move fast and keep up with the pace with change & growth.

Pros

Market is wide open for Cloud based experience as a service. Strong defined corp vision beyond classic nuts&bolts but pushing well into the "Always do what's best and right for our clients". Attitude is strong to do right for clients in the long term as this drives win-win.

Cons

It's become a bigger company, challenges of internal communication are always there. Management getting better at communicating a focused message internally and externally.
