      Pros

      Genesys is a great place if you enjoy the challenge of driving innovation in the Cloud, AI, Bots, etc. Best asset are all the truly great people (which is rare for a large company)! Also, Genesys has a laid back culture where people can have fun at work.

      Cons

      Sheer number of people/organizations can impact progress of initiatives unless you manage to that.

      Pros

      Home office is the most attractive.

      Cons

      You can meet your goals, you can get business opportunities for your work team, you can even get opportunities and hand them out to your coworkers in a disinterested way, but the companny stills demanding the generation of pipeline, and when you get it, the company will take away the fruit of that effort and give it to other territorial managers.
