      Great benefits, people-centric company, good bonuses and pension packages

      Cons

      Company is not that mature in applying Design as a core principle in their product; lots of politics in sr. management

      Pros

      - Flexibility and workplace culture is second to none - Supportive leaders across the business, both locally and abroad - Career development is encouraged and supported - I've had several different managers and ALL have supported, encouraged and motivated me to achieve success in my role which has led to job fulfilment, even during stressful and challenging times. - Opportunities to move regions and have new experiences in different markets

      Cons

      - It can be tough going as the industry is experiencing a growing number of competitors, with born-in-cloud companies entering the market - Internal processes can be exhaustive at times though is getting much better

      I love your headline and let%E2%80%99s be honest, I feel the same way. Our leaders from top to bottom are great to work with. They understand that people need to feel supported, continually encourage in the role, and motivated to do their best to be satisfied at work. I%E2%80%99m glad you%E2%80%99ve experienced that.       Good place to work

      Pros

      The people from the top down are nice. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and people are encouraged to develop and learn. No one in management is trying to step on others to benefit their careers.

      Cons

      Company can be a bit tight with the purse strings at times, but this is not that unusual.
