Great People; A lot of Potential

Pros

The people at this company are awesome. I look forward to working with them every day and the work life balance is perfect. Company is profitable and the office culture is great.

Cons

There are specific tools that aren't in place, which we need in order to be truly successful. The business units also feel a bit silo'd and you often feel like you're in your own world, which is understandable and challenging a big company like this.

Pros

I enjoyed my colleagues in the office and also working remotely.

Cons

Company is driven by sales and revenue figures. Since 2014, this company has laid off so many of its PS and SEs. There is no job insurance and no one knows when will be get laid off next. No clear career dev path
