      Old and in the way

      Pros

      Genesys first few months are awesome as a field sales resource. Then, once must see deployed what one has sold. In this case, the Genesys Cloud products are the only future for the company.

      Cons

      Honesty far and few in between. Senior managers will lie to you at the drop of a hat. The Cloud products can only be described as painful and lacking in contrast to a competitor. The company is in a death hold. As of now, most very large customers that Genesys put on cloud were on premise customers again, because cloud is that bad.

      Pros

      It's a great experience for me to work in Genesys. The work environment is nice. People are so casual in Genesys. It's a great feeling that working in Genesys.

      Cons

      Managers were used to create lot of pressure with out understanding the problem. Sometimes its used to create lot of irritation for Employer.
