      Pros

      Our Manila office is one of the best. We have complete facilities (i.e. gym, Karaoke room, sports room) and fantastic people to work with.

      Cons

      As an IT company, we expect that most of our billing processes are automated. Currently, there are still manual intervention when it comes to processing of our PureConnect and PureEngage cloud monthly orders. There's a lot of improvements for us to embrace a global process for each regions.

      Pros

      Benefits, certifications, environment, time management and Genesys Tool wide application versatility. People are very open-minded, supportive and friendly. You will be filled with lots of shared experience of your colleague and people will make you feel you're on the same level. Lots of fun here.

      Cons

      Documentation of genesys applications is not sufficient enough to resolve most of configurations setup, A consultant would consume hours or days looking for a simple configuration that should be in the docs. Work/life balance is dependent on your decision on taking projects. The BillableTime compensation attracts consultants to make loose of these work/life balance. Some may work for 100%+ hours to gain more money but lose social life. I've been here for a year and I observe people here spends more time in the office with their colleague and sleeping in the office for more than a week. They love working more than they love to spend time outside the company and I find it a negative impact that Genesys offers indirectly.
