Pros

Genesys offers a dynamic environment workplace. I've been with this company for the last thirteen years. Open minded, fun and diversity. Always striving to deliver best in class customer experience solutions across the globe. Flexible options to work either from home or nearest office. Results driven but with employee attention. I've worked for bigger multinational companies yet Genesys excels them in areas like respect and culture. Ability to acquire strategic companies that will fill in our portfolio offer without cannibalization. Great company.

Cons

We are the global leaders in Contact Center and customer experience solutions. However there is a lot of competition out there that needs to remind us we are not alone, forcing us into a natural stress alert to always improve and deliver.

Great team. Good sense of purpose and solid solution set to take to the market. With a key focus on cloud and comprehensive roadmaps, Genesys is an exciting proposition . Great back end resources & internal support to help you do your job.
