      Pros

      Genesys is a very professional organisation, with good packages, support and a strong care factor. The solutions are market leading and the approach of the senior management is open to suggestions for feedback and improvement.

      Cons

      One challenge is the amount of change following the recent acquisition of ININ. Change management as a whole could have been managed better. However the initial disruption is improving. Also, the way the matrix structure is implemented makes it very difficult to keep top talent by offering career progression in to different disciplines.

      Pros

      After the merger with Interactive Intelligence it is really good to see how Genesys develops in the market place. With a true vision to become an "ICONIC" company I believe that management truly succeeds in keeping the best of both companies (ININ and GENESYS). This pays off in the way the company is performing today and will in the future. Used to be skeptical on company mergers from past experiences, it is a true delight to see that mergers can workout brilliant if you put in a lot of attention for details, values of both companies, culture and people !
