Geneva College is a great place to work! The mission of the institution is worthy cause. The staff and students make you love coming to work each and everyday.

Cons

As higher education continues to go through a financial shift, Geneva - like most smaller liberal arts Christian Colleges - will continue to have to make tough staffing decisions in the days ahead.
