free tuition for kids; good meal plan at dining hall; plenty of opportunity to hear guest speakers; good Christian environment; beautiful campus, though a bit small;

Cons

lack of leadership; low compensation; it is called a suburban school but a little too far from a major city such as Pittsburgh

The staff and faculty are very kind. Student development is a place for friendship and hard work. I have enjoyed my time there.

Cons

The school has a very small budget. It made me feel like my hands were tied when I wanted to plan an event.
