Great company that is going places

Pros

Highly ambitious, growth oriented company with lots of opportunities for career progression for those that can take initiative, ownership and delivery of their performance.

Cons

Growing pains of scaling a globally dispersed business where certain operational foundations have not been invested in until recently. This is not a company to join if you work best in highly structured, organised environments.

Pros

Really good environment for technical staff, clear career progression for those wanting to improve within a development or dev managerial position

Cons

Difficult for middle management without strong a technical background. One or two toxic individuals and too many managers

Pros

If you are pro-active and take advantage of the accessibility to resources, senior executives, etc, you can create a good environment for yourself and succeed. A lot of the people there are patient and willing to teach if asked/given the opportunity. As an organization, they are going through some growing pains, but they are trying to fix the problems and are looking for opportunities to continually improve. From a product perspective, they are looking to become more strategic and mature in the space - so can be tough at times, but you can/will have support if you communicate, collaborate and take initiative. Otherwise, I personally worked with a great team - they were thisclose to getting me to stay.

Cons

Company is pretty spread out (international), so the hours aren't always ideal when trying to collaborate with some of the other offices There is some "dead weight" that needs to be addressed
