Pros

Good salary for the development teams, certain flexibilities, good opportunities to learn and to interact with people from other offices.

Cons

Very disorganized, lack of established benefits. As an employee, you don't know where you're going, no one does. Lack of information, bad HR management, you feel like they don't care about you as an employee. Should be a better middle range management. there is this culture where you have to perform tasks outside of the job description or you don't belong in the group, and most line managers are workaholics and want you to be the same and have no life.

Not an Ideal Culture

Pros

Great View of the Ocean

Cons

No communication with employees about company direction and poor organization from the top and middle management. Global management system kills morale with European managers not having a full understanding of American cultures and day-to-day work. Lack of true middle management and leadership with revenue driving everything. No innovation and respect for those who have helped paved the way. Product Strategy is non-existent and severe of lack of documentation. Plenty of finger pointing while responsibilities outside of the job description weigh people down. Red tape hell and the most office gossiping you'll come across. Basic level benefits. Below market pay. Global development centers in Eastern Europe and Latin America cause natural decline in US based team motivation.
