Smart people, easy to talk to executives, and plenty of potential if you take the initiative
Pros
If you are pro-active and take advantage of the accessibility to resources, senior executives, etc, you can create a good environment for yourself and succeed. A lot of the people there are patient and willing to teach if asked/given the opportunity. As an organization, they are going through some growing pains, but they are trying to fix the problems and are looking for opportunities to continually improve. From a product perspective, they are looking to become more strategic and mature in the space - so can be tough at times, but you can/will have support if you communicate, collaborate and take initiative. Otherwise, I personally worked with a great team - they were thisclose to getting me to stay.
Cons
Company is pretty spread out (international), so the hours aren't always ideal when trying to collaborate with some of the other offices There is some "dead weight" that needs to be addressed
