There is strong pressure to eat at the same time, engage in constant small talk, and participate in gossip-driven social dynamics. Psychological safety is low, and the atmosphere feels monitored rather than collaborative. Not suitable for independent workers, or anyone who needs respect for personal boundaries, or autonomy.
