Great culture and colleagues. Extra days (>1week/year) off on top of statutory and extra legal holidays.

Cons

Limited growth options/promotions. Salary increases are limited and do not take inflation into account.

Good company long term and would not hesitate to join. Excellent compensation package. CEO is someone you want to follow.

Cons

Growing pains. Clin ops needs a better leader. Micromanaging, reactionary, nepotism, and paranoia. Other departments seem much better.
