      Pros

      No backbiting among personnel. Flexible and fluid work environment. Team spirit exists in the company.

      Cons

      Uses bad judgement with personnel decisions. Don't always do what's best for the company based on personal valuations rather than merit. Uneven distribution of opportunity for the staff. Has preference for contractors rather than employees.

      I found the company to be very fair to employees

      Pros

      I worked at Genova for over 6 years and found them to be very fair with people. I experienced many family issues during this time period, management helped me thru this difficult time with my schedule and paid for my time off. I thought them to be an excellent employer and my co workers were happy at the time.

      Cons

      Like many fast growing companies they experienced "growing pains" and eventually worked thru them. They aren't perfect, but I've yet to work for one that is. I'm guessing the last two reviews are former bitter employees that were let go because of their incompetence and like to blame others for it.
