Here is a list:
1. When I was there, only 1 person on the leadership team was full-time, but he announced his retirement. From what I understand, the current leadership team is completely part-time and most are consultants for Genova.
2. WAY TOO MUCH NEPOTISM in this company and that nepotism starts at the top.
3. Absolutely zero career growth (hence why I left the company)
4. They tout that these are permanent positions when they hire people, but if your contract ends you better hope and pray they find you another position. Otherwise you are out the door within a couple of weeks.
5. The leadership cares more about the bottom line than they do about the employees. They act like they care, but when it comes right down to it their actions speak far more (volumes more) than their words.
6. You are basically a prisoner there if you want to try and leave the company. You will be threatened with a lawsuit. They have tried to sue a number of employees.
7. There is absolutely zero confidentiality within this company. The leadership team spreads a lot of lies and rumors and they discuss situations/incidents with other employees that they shouldn't be sharing. Sometimes it is like being in kindergarten with how the leadership team acts.
8. The company's response to COVID was ridiculous! The president of the company (he has since retired) was hell bent on people being butts in seat and didn't seem to care that people had concerns. The company didn't properly sanitize of enforce masks. In fact, employees who wore masks were chastised by other employees )including a couple members of the leadership team) for doing so.
9. Employees are micromanaged.
10. The only thing the leadership team cares about is making money.
11. The leadership team made the decision to stop paying out PTO balances when people left the company, but didn't communicate it to employees.
12. There is definite favoritism in this organization. If you aren't one of those favorites, then good luck.
13. The managers and leadership team don't listen or really care about what you are looking for in your career. They will put you on projects you're not interested in just to keep you billable so the company can make money.
14. The leadership team is completely disconnected from the engineers and do not listen to their recommendations and concerns. They try to act like they do, but then they just do what they want.
15. The growth of this company is stagnant. They are not getting new clients.
