The Trainings are very good realated to work The overall atmosphere in the company The work Culture is very good and mannerism of every employee is good The Openings are quite good as a career prospect Very Good projects offshore and onshore Chance to explore New Horizon in any domain without any bar.

Cons

Salary wise not a very good payer not all the competent people gets chance Some of the leadership is not really understanding, however few are very good. Some times one may find no balance at all in their work and life however that depends from project to project.
