Pros

Coworkers are supportive (subject to your team), you can learn but not recommended

Cons

Management over hiring and result to terminate whole team. Dont trust when they said want to relocate you to other business. They are just gonna terminate your permanent contract. Its not worth it for compensation if you just work there for 1 year then get terminated. Micromanage until timing your bathroom duration. Basically management are worse, also only support on one race from their origin. Most of their management only talk like they know but actually they dont know what they are talking about on the process. They are just too arrogant and feel proud with their title or position. Hence, they are nothing different with an empty can.

I have no much good things to say, my position was WFH and that is the only thing that was good

Salary was poor, vacations was less than 1 day per month, pluses were very bad

Good People, Terrible Culture

Pros

A truly global company, I had the opportunity to work with a marketing team that was spread throughout the US, Europe, and India. The majority of the people were great, very smart, innovative and helpful. The pay was fair, but as always could have been better.

Cons

The culture at Genpact is heavy Indian...and by that I mean if you aren't Indian you can kiss any chance of upward mobility goodbye. Leadership promotes their own kind and treat the majority of the others like crap. With that said, the leadership (99% Indian) even craps on their own kind if they have a lower title than they do. Having worked at very large companies in the past, I wasn't ready for what I encountered at Genpact. People warned me about the culture, but I didn't know what they were talking about. During the interview process I only spoke with non-Indians, so I was unsure what they were talking about. Well, about three months in I knew.
