The extensive paperwork required extends processing times. There is a significant amount of reporting and administrative work. The abundance of training modules can be overwhelming, often lacking clear direction on which are most beneficial for specific functions. Unfortunately, the salary is somewhat low and struggles to compete with industry standards.
