Pros

- Bonus wise, the highest percentage I've seen. Ranges anywhere from 10%-20%. - My computer was always crashing so I spent 3-4 hours a week on the phone with IT, didn't have to work during those hours. - Once you get a hold of things, you basically can do whatever you want.

Cons

-Will be asked to work weekends and long hours during bid, MGMT actually asked my team to go to their house and spend the week there to finish a project. They thought that was normal.... -The customer you get assigned to, runs the show. Genpact has not once said no the KH. The customer also gets to talk to you in any way they want Genpact won't defend you. -The technology they use is BRUTAL, Citrix doesn't work and senior leadership doesn't do anything to fix it. There have been multiple times the whole office has been locked out or my computer has just stopped working. IT doesn't help work. - You are expected to do your Genpact role and your other role, they won't schedule breaks or blocks to work on your Genpact stuff. - There is no HR, you have an online bot named Amber who can't help you with anything. - Benefits are okayish, Genpact will use the lowest bidder for benefits. They changed retirement providers from 2021 to 2022 and a couple of other benefits. - We started working from home right away when COVID started, but they had no response to our questions.Took them 4 months to send our equipment. - I told leadership I was overwhelmed, and they told me to just keep pushing and added more work. - KH Supply Chain is a mess and transportation is always losing, you will have to explain to senior leadership why so much money was spent. They will get sassy and rude with you. - Pointless meetings that will either get cancelled or don't bring any value.
