Being a global organization we have teams working across geographies and with over 87,000 employees worldwide, a majority of our workforce is based in India, and so the diversity numbers across the company on the whole may be skewed towards India. On your point regarding major leaders based in Gurgaon, a number of years ago we made significant changes to our structure and strategy to be closer to where our clients are in order to serve them better. We wanted our key leaders to be in the "center of gravity" as far as business is concerned and that has involved moving senior management to the US and the UK.
