ABSOLUTELY NO PROS! COMPANY SUCKS

Cons

This company really sucks. I was a processor for USAA (third party contract) and dealt with both genpact and USAA. USAA is a horrible company to process for let alone work for. They dont care about their employees or members. They act like they are for the military but it's not true. It all comes down to making a profit. If a member is deployed and they need to extend their lock past the date they locked in at it is the members responsibility per USAA this is the members fault they are deployed. You are very expendable with genpact and with USAA. It doesn't matter if you are number 1 or number 20 you as an employee doesn't matter. They will fire you for blinking your eye. They rather keep employees who aren't productive in closing loans and let others go who work hard on their files. In the end your nothing to the company. Genpact acts like they care about their employees and they dont. If your account your working on is on the line they wont reassign you to a new account as they stated in the introduction of the company that they are all about keeping their employees. This was a false statement. If i were you dont put your time and effort into this company or with USAA. Again, it doesn't matter how many loans you close, how many hours you worked, how much stress you deal with or were your are with your numbers you don't matter to the company and HR and Jeff (in richardson, TX) will not speak up for you to keep your job. They don't care about your outcome nor about your family. USAA IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND GENPACT IS JUST AS BAD. Don't count on anyone fighting for you and your job because in the end you never mattered and they will treat you like that. The company never praises what you do right but everything you do wrong. They dont give you appreciation at all. You dont get warnings if you do something wrong you straight get fired. They dont give you a chance to learn from your mistakes. They treat you like dirt in the end and your hard work never meant anything. USAA makes it out like they care about their employees and members but on the inside it's a false advertisement. They dont care how long a member has been with USAA they just care about making a penny. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GENPACT OR USAA.
