      Pros

      Learning Google AdWords, Analytics, Merchant Center, Google My Business, etc was a great experience. I met a lot of great co-workers and made a lot of fun memories.

      Cons

      I gained a lot of weight from unhealthy snacks lol.. The sales goals became unattainable. Gift cards became obsolete. We became just a number. Poor leads with extremely high goals. No commission if you don't hit minimum goal and only get paid $12 hourly or whatever you are set at based on tenure. High stress of quality assurance goals. Goals go up every quarter with the same amount of low quality leads in your book.
