Pros
G has great training programs, it is ideal for fresh college graduates who get trained in various programs and eventually climb up the ladder.
Cons
This is not the company if you are already in mid/senior-management joining from a different company. Young college grads join fresh out of college and within few years they become your managers with very little exposure of the outside world and other company work cultures (the good ones). Cultural mismatch if you have worked in a US company before for a long time.
