Genpact has acquired Headstrong, so if you are part of headstrong you're still ok. I can barely think of something good about this company.

Cons

Salary is way too less w.r.t. other companies even other similar service based companies. Hike is really negligible. getting the best possible rating also doesn't help. Hike is just once a year. HR Team works too closely to technology team. so if you know them personally you're ok, else do not expect hike. Follows BPO Culture, starting from time monitoring to seating arrangement. Only 15 paid holidays.

Salary is low, learning is hard here as no work pressure and old technologies.
