There are very few good things that I can say about Genpact.

Cons

I have never seen more irresponsibility and chaotic environment in which no one is 100% sure of what to do then at Genpact. The management is too busy to pay attention to the small people and the salary is a misery.

Great place to start your career, or if you want to get your foot in the door with some interesting and sometimes highly technical roles.

Cons

Terrible place to grow or expand your career. People including myself have been in the company for years, with 0 options for promotion and measly 2%-3% yearly salary increase. People work in "promoted" positions for months without any salary compensation or new contract.
