The only thing that can be included in pros is Job Security. You can be on bench (paid fully during) for months and switch LOBs within the Organisation.

Cons

No employee benefits. Cost cutting on basic needs like no ACs in cabs, no coffee machines on offices, no meal coupons, pathetic facilities behaviour towards employees complaining. Management at AVP and VP level not considerate about your well being and contrasting behaviour on client visits.
