Pros

You able to physically express yourself. Most businesses will have you cover your tattoos or make sure your hair color are natural or take off/hide any piercings. Here they want you to show it off. People will complain that the content is hard because of the set policy, but if you keep a fluid mind and actually put some effort, you’ll be fine. If this is a place you just want to grab a check from, you’ll be stressing to maintain the accuracy expectation since your not putting any effort. Offers great benefit packages and 401k options. There is room to grow upwards but again it’s all depending on how much effort you put in.

Cons

Majority of the people that’s been hired for this position do not have proper work ethics. For them this is just an easy cash grab. If you do want to move up in management, good luck. Your team is going to be 80% people that should have been hired and 20% who are burnt out because of those who are trying to play the system. This place will hire almost anyone. Even if you don’t know how to read, they’ll hire you. Upper management will allow anything to happen as long as set accuracy is met. Call someone stupid or illiterate, you’ll still have a job just because your accuracy is a 99%. There’s hard core favoritism in upper management. Run wrong with one of them, good luck moving up. Disagree with one of them and you’ll be labeled as a black sheep. Make sure you get anything and everything in writing. If you are promised a promotion and they are willing to work with your schedule, make sure you get that in writing. If you don’t management will lie and state that they never promised such agreements and will demote you just to promote their friend. Training department is a joke. The people are cool but the management in training is a joke.

Pros

The flexibility of being able to work from home and plenty of overtime

Cons

The toxic management and unfairness across the board. Threatened to be fired constantly by the CEO. Getting written up for trivial things
