This is a new company trying different ways to be stable, frequent policy changes and update. You must be flexible and open to changes.

Cheap, very cheap, mentality in expense policy, travel policy, and excess control in the system and approval processes that just kill your half of the day for nothing! Unless you are not SVP, no matter how seasons and ethical professional you are, you will be treated like a slave. And SVP spends hours just approving things in their email inbox for someone they never even met / worked. Just full of insufficiency everywhere because they want to control their employees. May be some need to be controlled but it’s just nightmare for experienced hires.
