Pros

Ever since I joined Genpact I found it runs on its own pace, slow and stable still winning the race, it's a good thing as well as the opportunities and number and types of processes they handle it's humongous, and they never let go of their employees in terms on employment unless you did something really wrong. And I really appreciate Genpact for these principles. But they pay very less sadly.

Cons

The cons are driving from the very nature of how Genpact works, while it should not be. The slow nature of Genpact has made its facilities, transport and security teams sluggish, hygiene - water support, Air conditioning things like that which should never be an employee 's concern are actually employee 's concern there, because the respective teams have no regards to the employee, they work like goverment employees with job safety which is good thing but at the same time they aren't doing their jobs which negatively adds to the employee experience.
