      growing company, less pressure than other consulting companies. Employee are helpful and support each others

      Cons

      Since the company was originated in India, the Indian culture is very dominant in the company. the company is extremely disorganized and there no structure career path for levels of AVP and above. there is high reliance on resources from India since they are cheaper for the company.

      Management treats workers as slaves and talk down to employees Poor communication with management Lack of communication and skills from HR Disorganized with payroll- must check every check to ensure that you are being paid properly Unreasonable goals and expectations from employers
