      Dubious people and dishonest methods, starting with HR. Stay away.

      i dont see any honestly.

      Cons

      These folks will lie to your face about everything. They will renege on the salary, the minutest details. Sorry but they will deceive you from the get go. Surprisingly, this place is run like those smaller shady consulting companies in the US, may be even worse. Their HR comprises of people from those environments and hence carry forward that culture here as well. The unabashed attitude confirms it.

      Was able to work Mon-Friday. The rewards were good. Minimum supervision.

      Cons

      No communication. No loyalty to employees. Management quick to blame others for mistakes they made. Expected to wing new assignments that were given without proper training. Expected to handle multiple roles beyond scope of your job title without proper compensation.

      Pros

      Decent pay but believe me it’s not guaranteed. There’s a few and I mean a FEW people who are outstanding employees and most of them are trainers.

      Cons

      The company doesn’t holds its values to high standards. They micro manage you to the point where managers are reprimanding employees on the floor while we are in the middle of calls LOUDLY, they promise you things and gaslight you when it’s time to pay up, mental health is the last thing on their minds especially when all they care about is numbers and pleasing the client..
