      Pros

      I would say that the pay is a little higher than most jobs ($17.00/hr). The managers are cool to a certain extent. There is a lot of downtime due to the environment you have to work in. Lots of snacks and activities to relax such as : game center, spa center, massage chairs, food trucks, town-hall - is where the monthly meetings are and have dance performances and team building.

      Cons

      Work with unmature people. Staff sleeping with employees. There is a miscommunication with employees and managers. If you do not meet the accuracy score needed they will fire you. No job security.

      Pros

      Free coffee, soft drinks, and parking. The building is air conditioned.

      Cons

      Upper management treats everyone like juveniles (except their pets.) Your schedule can change one day giving you a few hours sleep between shifts. Extremely high attrition rate...for a reason. Nothing is ever their fault - it's always the lower level managers. The proper tools do do your job aren't available, yet you are expected to use them. Upper management doesn't seem to support others. All they want is to be able to bill the client for headcount. Work life balance doesn't exist and we have been told as much.
