Pros

Flexible Scheduling: You can craft your own schedule to some extent.(only for top performers) The work week starts on a different day for this company, so you can work 7 days in a row and combine those two resting days with leaves or weekends.

Cons

Unrealistic Targets: There is no room for mistakes. Even the smallest error has a significant impact on your metrics and performance reviews. 2. Excessive/extreme manipulation: The project's processes are extremely rigid, and every error is counted against you. If you believe you didn't make a mistake, the person who reviews your work also manages the appeals for those mistakes. Draw your own conclusions on this. 3. Job insecurity: Every 1:1 meeting feels like a performance evaluation, with the constant threat of a PIP hanging over you. Failure to meet unrealistically high expectations could result in termination. Despite having a contract, there is no guarantee that you'll have a job next month. 4. Toxic work culture and lack of support: Mistakes are penalized heavily, and employees face negative consequences for speaking up. If you do, your entire team might suffer as a result. There's little support for personal growth or improvement. There is a strong mobbing culture (targeting and isolating employees) and manipulation, where employees are pitted against each other, creating a fear-driven environment. How to succeed in this role: To thrive, you need to align 100% with your QA and adopt their views without question(meaning you have to see the exact same shade of gray, no exception). Only then you can ensure that your job stays stable. If you get a position there, expect to be broken down, humiliated and see your self worth constantly being questioned. You will be brainwashed, depersonalized and bossed around by some people without elementary education and work ethics. Inthe name of "resilience" you will stand the most aggressive form of personal control, manipulation and confidence mining. Think twice before accepting their offer.
