Pros

There is nothing positive in here

Cons

- You have to do several jobs (even if you belong to a designated team) and get only one pay check. If you are on the inbound phone team you will have to take calls, do emails, take chats. Even when you are on your break they ask you to jump in and take a call. - Not enough employees. Everybody quit working for this place and those who don't quit are fired because they don't reach the unrealistic metrics set up by the upper management that doesn't have a clue of what are they doing. - Worst Upper management ever. The hire ups will request thing from the reps, but they have never grab a call, shadow a call/chat. They just want to look good in front of the client, setting impossible goals to reach, which destroys the access to the bonuses. - The worst morale ever. For the management you are not a human being, you are just numbers. Zero company activities to build team spirit. - Not enough employees. The upper management doesn't want to hire more people as simple as that, and the current agent are burn out taking 20 or more calls per day, chats, etc. - THIS IS NOT A MARKETING COMPANY, THIS IS A CALL CENTER.

Pros

Great place for a job and to get skills.

Cons

Do not make it a career. You will not get promoted. Wage sucks for what you do. Management shows 0 appreciation for the employees.

Pros

growing firm with some good opportunities

Cons

- value and culture has been on a continuous decline since the spin-off from GE in 2005 - Most of the Management is ingrown and expects from other employees what was expected of them i.e. brown nosing, and all the above mentioned good opportunities typically go to those who comply. - HR is a joke, they stand more for "harassing resources" - policies are never shared with anyone at least not the ones that matter because otherwise how would the management get their way when manipulating employees. All this applies as much to their global centers, as it does to their India center which is their heaviest presence.
