      The other online specialists are amazing people.

      Cons

      Management sucks. They screwed up years ago with their policies and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Then they blame the os's. They send out harassing emails threatening your job all of the time. If you value your mental health, don't work here

      If you get the opportunity they train you in Lean/Six Sigma Good visibility to clients - depending on your role and you learn new things. Atleast in my role - excellent pay

      Cons

      neurotic leadership who do not know who to run a large company and compete with the best of the best. Want proof - look at their stock basically flat over 2 years. So much for Bain making a killing on their investment! Would definitely improve morale if leadership was shuffled and new blood brought in. Current fools in the C-suite don't know anything about leadership. CEO writes white papers on the war for talent -hypocrisy?

      Offers extremely competitive salary and benefits package.

      Cons

      Absolutely no job security. Will lay people off with no warning or reason. Management is highly unprofessional and treats employees poorly. Company is also extremely cheap with T&E. Think hard before accepting a position with Genpact, you will most likely regret your decision.
