Seems like the main goal of their contracts is to save company money by outsourcing most work to countries with cheaper labor. Layoffs come with disappointing severance packages. There are promises for other opportunities though they may be in different locations and may require you to shift your career specializations, if any. Plus you don’t know the end goal of the specific contract you’re moving to so is possibly a temporary assignment. IT is in a different country and works off hours. San Antonio location didn’t have local IT.

I would say the #1 Con would be the lack of clear policies and the HR department. They make policies up as they go and are constantly quoting "per policy" but are never able to produce a copy of any policy they refer to. #2 lack of support. Our area suffered a major tornado outbreak and our cities ran out of bottled water. When asked if they could at least provide bottled water to thier effected ASSOCIATES, they declined. #3 Pay. They will hire brand new associates and start them making significantly more money than 10 year associates. #4 Leadership. They have a complete disregard for Employee wellbeing, they lack showing respect to employees. They believe they are the all mighty and all associates must kneel at thier feet. There are so many more. I'll try to add them all soon. Long story short, pursue other opportunities.
