Pros

This is a great company! As a newbie in the BPO, I personally receive top notched support overall. They offer competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

Limited food choices in the cafeteria and the table will be full during lunch breaks. Nap rooms is also small, employees have to compete with bed space.

Pros

1. Competitive pay with allowances and monthly performance incentives. Hybrid retirement plan (matched with deducted from salary) Average annual appraisal 2. Work from-home setup, depending on the account you are employed.

Cons

1. Management keeps on accepting workload or process from the client, but not adding agents to support tasks. Inconsiderate of the current workload over the number of agents. They know we are already short-staffed, but still accepted tasks/processes from the client. 2. Difficulty requesting office equipment (headsets and monitors). With my nature of work, blended calls and emails, and together with the additional workload or process, an extra monitor is needed to work faster and more efficiently. It is specifically mentioned on their ticket management tool that for Job Grades/Bands with calls, Employees can request headsets, yet not being followed. I've been using my non-noise reduction headset which affects the call quality. (The initial headset is provided by the client), Despite multiple requests (with approvals from their upper management) for office peripherals, 3. Not clear SLAs which is affecting monthly performance incentives, Given that we have an additional workload or process to support, it is not clear if metrics cover all the workload. 4. Incompetent management/leadership Incompetent frontline managers, don't know what to do with the end-of-week reports we submit to him/her. When he/she is requested to provide a report by upper management or a client, he/she would go with us asking for the same information we sent weeks ago, more than a month. What do you do? just staring at the data? C'mon
