      Pros

      Work is challenging. Good learning. No such thing as a bench. Within a few months of joining itself you will learn a lot. Culture is also good and very open and flat

      Genpact does not pay. AT ALL. No matter how good a person is. They try to exploit the employees pay wise. Every good or brilliant employee has quit or is quitting. Everyone from new joiners to managers talk about quitting at coffee or lunch. Work life balance in Genpact is generally supposed to be good but here there is no such thing. And then they pay is pathetic. Attrition is unbelievably high here, whether it is reported or not. Newcomers are worried seeing that every good or respected person is leaving. If the top people are saying horrible pay and work life balance and leaving, what hope is there for anyone else. Empower research is still talked about as a good company. It seems all this has happened after Genpact bought it
