Cons
Bureaucracy and one has to follow the hierarchy to get things done, approaching higher management directly not encouraged. Compensation below industry standards. Annual increments less compared to the economies inflation rate. Infrastructure facilities (technology and basic amenities )not par with other companies in the market. Slow growth in terms of job role, designation change and Pay package makes one uncomfortable with the fellow peers who are working in other companies over the same period of time
