      Kind of OK company for software engineers

      Pros

      1) no need to stay for 9hrs completely. 2) Friendly atmosphere. 3) punctual yearly increments (though it is low) based on your joining date.

      Cons

      1) No onsite rotations. 2) Traditional projects, no new technologies. 3) BPO culture, we need to work on night shifts and rotations

      Pros

      Good for freshers to learn. They do provide training's which can be helpful in later stage of the carrier.

      Cons

      Terrible when it comes to money. The managers always try to promote their favorites. rating system is not transparent. Managers were never able to justify the ratings in a proper manner. Do not preach but follow. They only talk about employee satisfaction on the papers but in reality they suck.
