Pros
Good for work life balance as they hire 2 resources where one FTE is required for billing to client. Great place if you don't care for your career path and Growth as you will be always in comfort zone in most of the process.
Cons
No basic facility has been provided worse canteen, Transport facility and support staff. No learning after a period of time as company (management) don't have a guts to challenge or ask client for High end job. Employees are getting peanuts while all cream is eaten by Top Management. Worse increment and low salary, better you negotiate hard at the time of joining or you will regret after entering in. What a pity they call them self MNc.
