      Good Company to work with. It invests lot of resources in its people. You will rarely find companies investing so much!

      Pros

      Excellent client base, and growing! Good training programs, starting from induction to learning paths for each level Attentive managers Transparent appraisal system Employee involvement in goal setting

      Cons

      Salary could be the only constraint, but with the investment in training and employee development, I think that is taken care of. Could invest more in employee transportation and basic amenities like coffee cups!

      Genpact is a dynamic company which offers a lot of opportunities to build a career. There is a lot of flexibility in changing roles regularly and creating a lot of exposure to different sides of the business.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company can be a little bureaucratic and rigid in applying some policies which is probably one of the general cons for large multi-national companies.
