      Pros

      Wide client base so the learning is varied. Lean Six Sigma culture would inculcate a habit of avoiding wasted effort. Various verticals so the possibilities for growth are substantial.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get nepotistic. One gets to understand this when positions are filled with friends of the team leads rather than someone who applied to the internal job posting. May favor tenure over merit.

      Pros

      1. Some of the projects has WFH facilities, which is a good thing. 2. You can balance a good work - life balance. 3. If you get a good rating then you get a good bonus at year end.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes your AVP/Sr. Managers determines your end year rating beforehand, even before having session C discussions. 2. Some of the projects don't have WFH facility, so you need to take late hours call from office.
