Work hours are 8 only (that too flexitimings)

Cons

Learning takesw abeating Mapping of career path and a mismatch of right skilling Salary and salary growth growth is less Employer does not care about employees as they believe eployees can be cheaply replaced

Pros

Completely BPO centric, so its good for them. If demand is there good salary is offered. Brand value for BPO resources.

Cons

No monitory benefits on going on site. Night shifts for maximum projects. There are no much IT projects, so its not good company for IT people.

Pros

compensation is good......you can expect at least 8% by end of the year. You can be on bench for a longer period with no risk to your career..

Cons

You will never get recognition,as your Manager will take away your credit. So Big bosses will never know, who has done it.
