A lot of good trainings Option to work from home once or twice in a week (not for all though)

Cons

No good transport facilities. Never expect good bonus or hike. A lot of spam emails - atleast 10-15 emails per day. A lot of spam town halls. - Reason for calling them spam - in these they always tell you how good the company growth is, but when you get the bonus... Location specific - For Gurgaon (all offices)- A lot of IT troubles. (Bangalore and hydrabad are pretty good) Location Specific - Gurgaon Ph V - Worst cafeteria - some more...
